Private Lessons

Yoga and movement goals include increasing and/or maintaining strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination.

In addition, mindfulness practices are included in each session which may improve sleep, reduce anxiety, depression and somatic pain, and increase attention and other cognitive abilities.

Private lessons are delivered at either the Alive Movement and Mindfulness Home Studio or in Nature (Home for us all) depending on your exercise/ mindfulness goals and preferences.

These sessions may be eligible for Autism Funding.
